• Lawndale Street- North Avenue B to North Brookside Avenue
• Wayne Street- North Avenue B to North Brookside Avenue
• Wayne Street- Lee Avenue to North Kelly Avenue
• Lee Avenue- Watson Blvd. to Wayne Street

Project scope included the reconstruction of a number of streets within the Town of Union. This program involved the preparation of design plans and specifications for new pavement sections, water lines, catch basins, storm sewers and sanitary sewers, construction cost estimate, preparation of bid documents, construction management, and project closeout documents.  

Project also included working closely with the Contractor, Town of Union, Utility Owners, and the residents along this busy residential street, to minimize the impact or construction on project stakeholders.
