Griffiths Engineering redeveloped 2.5 acres contiguous with NYS Route 12 (Front Street) and Route 12A (Chenango Bridge Road). The development was to include a 9.000 sf 2-story building for medical office use, and approximately 72 parking spaces. Griffiths Engineering provided a site plan, site plan application, SEQRA, and all the necessary requirements to abide by the Town of Chenango Zoning.
