Griffiths provided athletic facility and site design services through a multi-phased Capital Project to the Chenango Valley School District. Services were provided through the District Architect and included both Elementary Campuses, the Middle/High School, and the District Bus Garage.
The project included a site package of approximately $4 million which mostly included athletic facility improvements.
Phase I improvements included a new multi-purpose synthetic field for soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey, a new softball stadium with turf infield, natural grass outfield, and stadium seating. Initial phase also included installation of stormwater management practices for the entire project as well as parking facilities and walkways.
Phase II included conversion of the natural grass football field into a synthetic turf field, replacement of existing track surface with a rubberized all weather surface, renovation of visitors grandstands, and the construction of a synthetic turf baseball stadium.
