The City of Binghamton proposed to demolish a portion of the existing concrete/asphalt water fountain in Columbus Park and install an interactive splash pad. The new splash pad required grading plans, utilities, concrete slab designs, and water park structure foundations. Griffiths Engineering & Architects, PLLC produced structural designs for all aspects of the water park.
