This project involved the completion of design plans, specifications and permitting for the development of a 56 acre parcel. Planned improvements included over a mile of new roads, public utilities including sewer and water, walking trails, 164 Senior Condominium Units, stormwater ponds and a landscape plan. The scope of services also included the design of three stormwater ponds, SEQRA Environmental Review and Assessment and working with project partners to complete a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Griffiths Engineering also provided technical support and representation for municipal approval and public hearings.
